At Nsquare Herbals, your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in delivering high-quality herbal products. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Items bought during clearance sales or special discounts

  • Issues related to personal preference or allergies (please review ingredients before buying)


2. Return Process

If your product meets the return eligibility:

  1. Email us at support@nsquareherbals.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Photos/video of the product and packaging

    • Description of the issue

  2. Our team will review and approve the return request if valid.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner.

Please ensure the item is securely packed during return.


3. Replacements

We offer free replacements in cases of:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Missing items in the package

Replacement will be sent after we receive and verify the returned item.


4. Refunds

Refunds are offered only when:

  • The product is out of stock

  • A valid return cannot be replaced

  • The order was cancelled before shipping

Refund Timeline
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. A full refund will be issued.

After Shipping:

Cancellations are not allowed once the order is shipped.


6. Non-Delivery Issues

If your order is not delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer not available

  • Courier delays

We will support you, but reattempt or reshipping charges may apply.
